How you spend your money matters if you want to be happy.
This blog post from Bear Market Blog compares Aristotelian and Utilitarian views of happiness. Does individual happiness surpass community happiness? Or does society emphasize the majority?
Gratitude, compassion, caring, love [are] spiritual emotions that make you think of things bigger than yourself. If you seek only your own happiness it can be kind of a selfish thing but once you move to the spiritual emotions and worry about the well-being of the world your life grows.
